Processing & Handling
All orders are processed and packed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) in our store, any purchases made during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times are 1-3 business days after cleared payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a processed confirmation email. (Tracking number sent from Australia post). Please note all orders are final, and no cancellation or change of mind on orders will be accepted.

Delivery times are 1-3 Business Days for most areas of Australia, all orders will be delivered by Australia Post. Green Valley Spices Roselands will not accept responsibility or liability for any delays or damage caused during transit. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged please contact Australia Post directly.

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time frame advised. Please keep in mind some delays are and can be out of our control, should your order be delayed or not received, contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
